Sprint Nexus S 4G to be offered for free of cost with contract

It is very normal for Android to slash the prices of its leading mobile phones, as their primary aim is to make the gadget affordable. This is why Sprint has made their version of Nexus S available for free of cost along with a two-year contract with Best Buy. Amazon, on the other hand is selling the gadget for only $0.01. This is certainly good news for a gadget that may receive the best updates in the near future.

Only two days before, Sprint released the 2.3.5 update for all its users. This update addresses the slow speed problem users’ face with 4GWiMAX. Following this update, the device will now run much faster and will be even more stable. Therefore, there is simply no doubt in the fact that Android has priced the gadget aggressively.

The mobile phone encompasses 16GB Internal Memory, offers 3G/4G Mobile Hotspot capability along with offers Google Voice capability. It can support up to six Wi-Fi enabled gadgets at a time and also gives the users the opportunity to access Near Field Communication (NFC) technology that enables the gadget to read information from objects such as posters and stickers that are embedded with NFC chips.
