HTC Incredible is coming out this week
If you’re on Verizon, a pretty sweet phone is being released this week — the HTC Droid Incredible.
Most people are comparing the phone to the Nexus One, which is a great place to start. The Nexus is an excellent phone (I love mine), but the Incredible is even better.
It’s got the same size screen as the Nexus, along with the very fast 1 Ghz Snapdragon processor. However, it has a much better camera than the Nexus (8 megapixels vs. 5) along with 8 GB of onboard memory.
It also comes with the HTC Sense UI, an add-on that makes everything on-screen look a bit more slick and has tighter integration to your social networks. The downside of Sense is that it takes longer for each firmware released to be prepared for it. While some phones are expected to get the Android 2.2 update next month, it’ll likely be later in the summer before it’s released for the Incredible.
All of that being said, this is a killer phone. If you’re on Verizon, there is no doubt that this is the best phone you can get on their network.
