Android 2.2 (Froyo) official unveiled

We’ve been talking about Android 2.2 for a few months now, and it’s finally been unveiled by Google.

As expected, Android 2.2 is all about speed and wow, it looks fast.  It’s expected to rolled out starting in June.  The Nexus One will certainly get it, and some have said that the Motorola Droid will get it very early too.  Many other phones will be getting it later in the year.
