Aigo unveils 7″ version of the AigoPad, to be released later this year

After announcing in February that they were looking at building an Android-based tablet, details have emerged about the 7″ model, the N700, that they plan to release later this year.

In addition to the 4 and 5″ models that were previously revealed, this model looks pretty sweet.  It’ll have a WVGA capacitive touch screen, Tegra chipset, up to 32GB of built-in storage, bluetooth, wifi and 3G.  It’s slated to be running Android 2.1 and it’ll be capable of 1080p video playback.

As of now, no pricing or release dates are available for any of the three models.  You can read more about it at Slashgear, and we’ll certainly keep you posted if we learn more.
