Accept credit card payments on your phone; Square goes live

Square has been the talk of the town for months now, and it finally released today for iPhone, iPad and Android.

Once you sign up, they’ll send you a small (square) credit card reader that you can attach to your phone.  From there, you can accept credit card payments wherever you are!  There are fees attached to it (2.75% + $0.15 per transaction), but they’re quite low.  Every better, there are no monthly fees, signup fees, or anything like that.  They’ll even send you the card reader free of charge.  You can download the “Square” app in the market, or learn more at SquareUp.com.
